Millie’s Cheese Presnac
Millie’s Cheese Soufflé – Serbian Presnac
Another Presnac recipe, and this one is just a little bit different. This is from another family friend – Millie. These presnac are really cheesy, and my mom said this is one of her favorite.
Ingredients
- 5 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 cube butter
- 1 ¼ c. Bisquick
- 3 c. milk
- 9 oz. grated longhorn cheese
- 9 oz. grated jack cheese
Instructions
- Butter a 9″ x 13″ pyrex. Combine all ingredients and pour into the pyrex. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes.
